“A man went to Buddha and said “I have someone and something in my heart, which I can’t let go”. Buddha asked him to hold a cup and pour hot water into it. Water filled up the cup and burned the man, so he dropped the cup. Then Buddha said “There is nothing you can’t let go. When you hurt enough, you will let it go.” (via potluckdream3r)
